Frequently Asked Questions

On receipt of a confirmed booking I will ask the customer to supply as much detail as possible, so that I am able to craft a topper to their particular specifications. This can be a detailed description, photographs, or a combination of the two, if possible.

When your booking is made I will advise you of a date when I will begin work. Once the topper is complete, I will email you a picture for your approval before hardening the clay.  Once the topper has been approved, balance will be due before the item can be posted.
The figures are made from non-toxic polymer clay, a hard-wearing and durable material that will last for many years without fading or deteriorating in quality.

Each figure will stand at approximately 5-6" tall, unless otherwise specified.

All toppers are unique, no molds are used in the process.

Names and or date (if required) are added at no additional cost.

I may use seed pearls, beads, wire and feathers as embellishments to your topper if I feel they are needed, at no extra charge.

Please note that these figures are non-edible. Fired Polymer Clay is non toxic & conforms to ASTM D-4236 Art & Creative Materials Institute, (ACMI).
